We look forward to providing you with the opportunity to learn from, meet and engage with senior stakeholders from across the aviation and energy value chain including airlines, airports, fuel producers, policymakers, banks, investors and more. Event Schedule & Access

    • 8:00 AM on Tuesday, October 14 for All Access 3-Day Pass holders

    • 7:30 AM on Wednesday, October 15 for all Essential Access 2-Day Basic Pass holders

    If you are unsure as to which pass you have purchased, please contact nick.cassidy@safcongress.com.

    • You will find your unique QR code to print your name badge within the event app

    • Once you arrive at the Marriott Marquis Houston, go to the Texas Ballroom Foyer on Level 4, where you can scan your QR code at one of the registration kiosks.

    • If you have any issues accessing your unique QR code within the app, you can also type your name into one of the registration kiosks to print your badge

    • All Access 3-Day Pass holders can access the SAF Intelligence & Masterclass Day on Tuesday, October 14. The first masterclass will begin at 9:00am, although attendees can enjoy a networking coffee and collect their name badge from 8:00am onwards.

    • All pass holders have access to the Main Conference Days taking place from October 15 - 16.

    • The first main conference day keynote session will begin on Wednesday, October 15 at 8:20am sharp.

    • The latest agenda can be found here or within the event app. If you need any assistance accessing the event app, please email jamie.bentley@safcongress.com

    • The exhibition area will be open from 7:30am on Wednesday, October 15.

    • The exhibition area will be open throughout both Main Conference Days (October 15 - 16).

    • The 1-2-1 Meeting zone can also be found within the exhibition area.

    • On Tuesday, October 14, the exhibition will not be open, but there will be numbered high tables available to schedule meetings in the coffee and lunch area.

  • Smart Business Attire.

    • In the lead up to the event you can view the latest agenda within the brochure here

    • During the event, the most up-to-date agenda will be featured within the event app.

    • In our commitment to being more sustainable, we do not print the agenda or onsite brochure

    • You will also be able to view the session names for each stream on banners situated outside of each room.

    Please note, times are subject to change, so we highly recommend using the event app to see the latest agenda.

  • You can access the event presentations from within the event app. We will also email you directly with a link to the presentations each day.

  • The Keynote sessions during the Main Conference Days (October 15 - 16) will be recorded and access will be given to All Access 3-Day Pass holders*. If you would like to upgrade your pass to receive the Keynote session recordings please contact nick.cassidy@safcongress.com.

    *please note, some speakers require access to review their session recording before it is made available.

  • Please note, we have sold out of preferential room rates at the Marriott Marquis. There are a limited number of rooms available at the hotel’s standard rate here.

    We have also listed some alternative accommodation options for attendees of SAF North America Congress, however we have no affiliation with these hotels and bookings should be made directly. Please click here to view.

    • The Marriott Marquis Houston provides valet parking for guests. While there isn't a separate hotel-managed self-parking garage, guests can access a large, adjacent public parking garage via the sky bridge, which is a popular alternative for parking at the hotel.
